Tom bio.

Thomas Schneck has practiced before the USPTO since 1967 as an agent, then since 1972 as a patent attorney.  He is responsible for over 2700 U.S. patents and 500 U.S. trademark registrations.   Tom was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1972 and is licensed before all state and federal courts in California.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit.  Tom is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley in 1961 and the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1971.  He served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force from 1962-1966.  He has served as a public member of the Santa Clara County Parole Board.  He is a adjunct professor of law at Lincoln Law School of San Jose where he has taught Intellectual Property Law,  Trademark Law, Copyright Law and Religious Liberty.   He was an adjunct professor in 2010 at San Jose State University where he taught Business Law in the College of Business.  He served for 3 years as a trustee of Presentation High School in San Jose and he has been a member of the Board of Visitors of Santa Clara University School of Law for over 10 years.  He occasionally lectures on intellectual property at the San Jose State School of Engineering, Mechanican and Aerospace Engineering Department.
